Kawasaki City signs a memorandum of mutual cooperation on life sciences for the first time as a municipality with LINK-J
Kawasaki City is promoting several projects in life science field as part of a powerful industrial city centered at Tonomachi King SkyFront located in the coastal area. Also the city is working on collaboration and exchange with domestic and overseas life science clusters, such as concluding last year a memorandum of understanding on economic exchange with BioM, bio cluster management organization in Munich, Germany.
Today, Kawasaki City and LINK-J, Life Science Innovation Network Japan, Inc., exchange information and opinions with each other making full use of mutual resources and networks and conduct various activities in the life science field. We aim to promote open innovation between companies and research institutions that conduct activities related to the life science area located in the city centering on King SkyFront and collaborate closely and cooperate with each other and concluded this memorandum.
