Kawasaki City and Munich Biocluster Management Organizations (BioM) sign memorandum of understanding on promoting business exchanges centered on health, medicine, and welfare.
The memorandum of understanding (MOU) is aimed at pursuing business exchanges in health, medicine, and welfare between the two regions by promoting inter-industry and academia-industry collaboration.
In 2013 Kawasaki City established ‘KINGSKYFRONT’ in the Tonomachi district of the city with the vision to create as one of the world’s leading research and development hubs specializing in promoting innovation in the life sciences. This is the first international memorandum of understanding concluded between KINGSKYFRONT and an overseas advanced cluster management organization.
