Medtronic Innovation Center Japan to be opened at Kawasaki KINGSKYFRONT on 1 September 2017. The Center will provide the latest educational programs and services for medical professionals and respond to the needs of medical practitioners through information dissemination.

In Japan’s aging society there is increasing demand for advanced medical technology to be used as a treatment tool and for technologies and products suitable for medical facilities. Medtronic aims to focus on technological innovation in medical care and aims to provide superior products and services, and at the Medtronic Innovation Center, Medtronic will provide wide ranging programs to enable medical staff to use Medtronic's products safely and properly.

The Center will offer wide ranging programs of seminar on minimally invasive surgery, manual training on cardiovascular treatment, simulation training. In addition, Medtronic plans to introduce the latest audio visual system and conference system and exhibits that make full use of CG technology to attain the latest technology, knowledge and information more efficiently and effectively.
