Developing Muse cell-based products in response to unmet medical needs
Muse (Multilineage-differentiating Stress Enduring) cells have favorable characteristic; low-tumorigenicity, intravenously injectable, high migration and engraftment potency as well as spontaneous differentiation. We are conducting a clinical trial with the aim of improving motor dysfunction after ischemic stroke taking advantage of these characteristics. Now Tonomachi CPC under the license of manufacturing for regenerative medicine products is preparing for commercialization.
