RACTHERA (Regenerative And Cellullar THERApy, pronounced as RAK-thera) is a joint venture established through a partnership between Sumitomo Chemical and Sumitomo Pharma. As a core entity in the Sumitomo Chemical Group's regenerative and cellular medicine business, RACTHERA is dedicated to the research and development of regenerative medical products, with a particular focus on those derived from iPS cells.
By closely collaborating with Sumitomo Chemical, Sumitomo Pharma, and S-RACMO, and leveraging the collective technologies and expertise of the group, RACTHERA aims to develop innovative therapies for diseases that have been difficult to treat. Our mission is to deliver these groundbreaking treatments to patients around the world as quickly as possible.
